Meeting the Muse follows the Intentional Creativity painting process whereby students access their inner knowing and intuition to begin to use painting as a medium for personal transformation. Through Mindfulness Meditation, Creative Visualization and Journaling we will follow the Intentional Creativity Process to guide students to access their creative aspects of self that have often long been forgotten in our busy worlds.
If students are active creatives or artists, this workshop will allow them to access their creative content in new ways, but because this is intuitive painting, no prior painting skills are needed. Students will be introduced to the joy of painting, and rediscover their ability to create and to learn to paint intuitively. At the end of the workshop, students will walk away with their own painting of their Muse-Inner Artist as well as a personalized message from her/him on a 24 x 30” canvas.
