The Members’ 12×12 Exhibition and Silent Auction

About the Exhibition

Every summer PAAM members sell their artwork and raise funds for PAAM in the 12×12 silent auction. With 300+ submissions, the 12×12 exhibition is a significant fundraiser for PAAM and one of the best ways for artist members to get their work noticed.

All pieces have a starting bid of $125, and climb by demand until the final minutes of the exhibition. Artist-members sell their work at 50% commission, winning bidders get wonderful artworks, and PAAM gets 50% commission, or 100% if the artists donate to PAAM. It’s a win-win-win!

ARTIST GUIDELINES

All members in good standing are invited to submit to this open exhibition. All work must be 12 x 12″, and arrive dry. For this exhibition, we prefer that works are un-framed and without a hanging device–work is hanged using L-shaped pins. Framed work is accepted, but please note that the frame must be 12 x 12″. We have a limited number of Masonite panels at the Front Desk that we’re offering free-of-charge, come by during Museum hours to pick one up. All types of media welcome. 1 submission/person. There is no submission fee for members’ exhibitions.

Drop-Off Day is Tuesday, July 9 from 12-4pm. Early drop-offs are welcome the week prior to Drop-Off Day during Museum hours only (opening daily at 11am beginning June 1). Membership must be valid through August, 2019, anyone is welcome to join or renew when dropping off work.
