The art of painting out-of-doors has been practiced and celebrated in Provincetown for over 100 years. The Museum School will offer a variety of plein-air art classes for beginning to advanced levels of experience. New to plein air? Try out The Practice of Painting with John Clayton or No Fear Painting with Mary Giammarino. Interested in increasing your ability to see light and color as it changes over time? Painting the Day with Rob Longley and Plein Air Painting with Rosalie Nadeau will help you to hone your skills. There are also outdoor figure painting workshops with Logan Hagege and Rob Dutoit, and advanced instruction with Hilda Neily. Explore still life, landscape and seascapes, street scenes, or portraiture and figure painting, while outdoors in lovely Provincetown. |
