Children
will explore the concepts of observational perspective,
by visiting historic locations in and around Provincetown.
Each day will take us to a new and exciting area of
town, where we will create works of art that reflect
both architecture and nature; we will focus on understanding
how perspective is created in a 2 dimensional piece
of art. In the event of inclement weather, classes will
be flexible enough to be scheduled in a protected area,
such as the Visitors Center near Race Point, or at PAAM.
Children should bring a large hard bound sketchbook,
or spiral sketch pad and drawing materials such as crayons,
pencils, markers and watercolor sets.
