Deidre
Portnoy is a fine art and documentary photographer,
teacher and founder of the PhotoStory Project. Her work
has been exhibited on the Cape and in Boston. During
the past five years she has been working with local
and international groups, non-governmental organizations,
schools and community centers teaching PhotoStory workshops
to children and women, often in marginalized communities,
around the globe. She has lived in Wellfleet on Narrowland
farm for over 26 years.
